I had an amazing experience with Charlotte this morning, I was trying to return a broken harness and she was efficient with processing the refund and offering suggestions on what harness has worked for her! Called in the morning about a slip lead for training my highly energetic puppy and spoke to Karen, when I got there she was super helpful and engaged with my puppy to try and calm him down from the excitement, she was very patient and understanding and an incredibly nice and caring person, give this woman a pay increase, love the the store

Our pup Murphy graduated from the beginner class tonight. Ebony has been absolutely fantastic over the past 5 weeks - she is so knowledgeable, understanding & caring. We’ve seen a huge change in Murphy’s behaviour and training due to the help from Ebony. We’re so happy we did this course and can’t recommend her enough!
The staff were very helpful and friendly. But I nearly died when I saw the price of the Black Hawk dry cat food. I usually order online from a different store, but I didn't have time to order it.
I used to shop here frequently a few years back, and I always thought they were pretty competitive with their prices. But obviously not any more.
I can get the same product online including delivery for $15.10 cheaper. I definitely will not be going back there to buy the cat food I'm the future.
Today I was served by Sean. He was incredibly helpful and provided the best costumer service I have recieved in a very long time. Great customer service makes all the difference.
Went in for some information about how to deflea a cat and got so much information from one of the helpful workers there. Would definitely recommend to everyone.
